Duta Besar Republik Kuba Dagmar González Grau menyampaikan perasaannya terkait acara. “Very good. Today is very important, not only celebrate and commemorate the 100 years of the Commander Chief, Fidel Castro. Today is the birthday of Soekarno, it's a beautiful coincidence," ucapnya.

"The activity is very important because the students, the young people know about the history. The history is very important, not only the history of Indonesia or Cuba, all history. Because when people know the history, understand the situation, for example the actual situation case very complex. For me, I am very happy for this because this is my objective. The new generation know about the history and the relationship between Cuba and Indonesia,” katanya.

Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan hubungan persahabatan antara Indonesia dan Kuba dapat terjalin semakin erat, terlebih momentum ini bertepatan dengan hari lahir proklamator Indonesia, Soekarno. Acara ini juga diharapkan mampu menjadi jembatan bagi generasi muda, khususnya mahasiswa, untuk lebih memahami sejarah dunia serta menghargai hubungan historis yang kuat antara kedua negara.
